Part-Time Accounting Clerk

What you'll do

• Enter deposit payments and investigate discrepancies
• maintain garnishments, benefit deductions, tax updates, and other payroll adjustments
• support payroll and HR with questions, documentation, and employee files
• maintain confidentiality
• organize accounts-payable invoices and supporting documents
• assist with filing and recordkeeping
• provide backup accounts-payable support
• follow company policies, internal controls, and accounting/payroll procedures.
