Warehouse Associate – Lead

The lead monitors workflow, helps direct daily activities, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports safe, timely receiving, shipping, and order processing. The role also trains associates in warehouse processes and assists with daily supervision.

What you'll do

• Assist the supervisor in leading daily operations
• monitor inbound, outbound, and inventory-control progress
• use the warehouse management system to plan and manage orders
• receive and ship materials
• inspect returned parts
• support inventory counts and accuracy
• resolve order and shipment discrepancies
• coordinate customer returns and value-added services
• train associates in scanning and warehouse processes
• uphold safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity standards.
