Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk

What you'll do

• Review, code, and enter invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records
• verify approvals
• research discrepancies
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain vendor records
• assist with weekly ACH and check payment runs
• apply credits
• respond to vendor inquiries
• support month-end activities, vendor setup, and annual 1099 preparation.
