What you'll do

• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and coach the team toward sales goals. Model customer discovery, product demonstrations, and closing techniques
• lead daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones. Ensure customers are greeted and guided through consultative discovery, and resolve escalations. Coordinate same-day delivery and installation scheduling. Manage opening and closing, cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams. Maintain ADA compliance, cleanliness, loss prevention, and safety. Keep displays demo-ready, execute seasonal floor sets, and maintain accurate pricing and signage. Recruit, hire, onboard, and train associates. Build local partnerships and represent the store at local events.
