The Paratransit Bus Operator (Non-CDL) role is onsite in Atlanta, GA, and pays $17–$20 per hour after training; training pay is $16 per hour. The role supports dependable, compliant transportation service in a 24/7 operation and requires availability for all shifts, including variable start times.

What you'll do

• Transport passengers according to assigned routes and manifests
• assist with boarding, securement, and de-boarding, including mobility devices
• comply with DOT, ADA, company, and traffic regulations
• complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and trip documentation
• communicate with dispatch
• respond professionally to service disruptions and passenger concerns
• maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
