What you'll do

• Manage floral supplies and hardgoods category performance across branches
• develop strategies for sales growth, margin improvement, inventory efficiency, pricing, and assortment
• research products, suppliers, and category opportunities
• monitor inventory investment, turns, stock levels, and replenishment
• govern company-wide SKUs and assortment
• negotiate with suppliers and evaluate vendor performance
• partner with branch managers and hardgoods leads
• travel to branches to review practices and provide training
• develop KPIs and present recommendations to leadership.
