What you'll do

• Review beneficiary designations and employee benefits documentation
• prepare and review Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service forms, filings, and regulatory submissions
• draft routine participant communications, plan amendments, and standardized benefits documents
• assist with employee benefits and executive compensation matters
• support attorneys on plan documentation and compliance
• draft practice-related publications
• assist with practice development and departmental projects
• identify opportunities to use technology and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
