Direct Support Professional (PRN)

The Direct Support Professional (PRN) role is an onsite position located in Dubuque, IA. Compensation is $17.50/hour, supporting the REM Community Services department in providing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role exists to provide flexible, as-needed support to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. The purpose is to help individuals build independence and stay connected to their community while maintaining a flexible schedule for the employee.
