What you'll do

• Source and attract driver candidates through job boards, referrals, outreach, networking, and partnerships
• develop recruiting campaigns
• attend hiring events
• screen and interview applicants
• manage hiring through onboarding
• coordinate onboarding and assist with documentation, licensing, and training
• conduct driver check-ins
• coach drivers
• address concerns and support retention
• maintain records and track hiring, engagement, and retention measures
• provide recommendations and support workforce planning.
