What you'll do

• Lead and supervise second-shift employees
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• oversee order selection, scheduling, staffing, and workflow
• monitor productivity and adjust priorities
• support order selection and forklift replenishment
• manage truck mapping through the WMS
• supervise truck loading
• maintain safety procedures and records
• support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• identify process improvements.

Why this role
