Physician Liaison / Field Marketer – ABA Therapy

Job overview

The Physician Liaison / Field Marketer – ABA Therapy role is field-based in Columbia, MD, with frequent local travel and in-person outreach; occasional out-of-town travel may be required. Pay is $60,000–$75,000 per year. Blue Gems ABA works to help children and families access quality ABA therapy. The liaison builds community relationships and referral channels to increase awareness of services and connect families with care. Outreach tracking and collaboration with intake, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams support referral growth and partnership development.

What you'll do

• Develop partnerships with pediatricians, therapists, schools, psychologists, and community organizations
• identify referral opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up
• visit local providers and communicate by phone and email
• explain services and referral processes
• represent the organization at community events and resource fairs
• track outreach, referrals, meetings, and leads
• collaborate with intake, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams.

Why this role
