What you'll do

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan
• prepare board, sponsor, and lender reporting packages
• analyze pricing, margins, and costs with business leaders
• support acquisition diligence, modeling, integration, and synergy tracking
• build FP&A tools, data, and processes, including AI-enabled analysis
• support data integrity and governance with the CFO and Controller
• hire the first analyst and grow the function.
