The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Mishawaka, IN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay starts at $18.25 per hour. Journeys provides center-based, one-to-one applied behavior analysis services and training for Registered Behavior Technicians. The role implements individualized programs for children and adolescents with autism, supporting development of academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. It contributes to client progress by delivering direct therapy, recording behavior data, and collaborating with clinical leadership and families.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one therapy
• implement individualized applied behavior analysis programs
• develop academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills
• respond to difficult or disruptive behaviors
• interact with children and families
• record behavior data
• collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
