The Youth Leader – North role is onsite in Spokane, WA, and is part time. Starting pay is $17.47 per hour. The YMCA supports youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility through before- and after-school programs and day camps.

What you'll do

• Support programming at assigned sites and travel to local sites to deliver curriculum.
• Supervise and nurture school-age children, facilitate opportunities for youth to lead and make decisions, communicate with families about children’s needs and progress, maintain a clean and safe program site, attend family events and staff training, follow safety and child-abuse prevention procedures, document incidents, and prepare, serve, and track meals and snacks.
