What you'll do

• Supervise care coordinators, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling, time reporting, and policy communication
• serve as a care coordinator when needed
• address client concerns and escalate issues
• maintain specialist scheduling information
• balance transactions and cash
• process refunds, credits, and payment plans
• support billing, collections, and closing reports
• back up the Hospital Manager on maintenance or building issues.
