What you'll do

• Own the enterprise QMS architecture and align documentation with operating practices
• lead the DQMS vision, requirements, roadmap, and governance
• lead and develop quality systems engineers and document control specialists
• manage internal audits and serve as the primary interface for registrar, customer, and third-party audits
• maintain AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Nadcap certifications
• administer document control and management of change
• manage corrective and preventive action and root-cause methods
• define quality metrics and report system performance and risk
• partner across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management.
