What you'll do

• Manage intake and coordination for software subscription and license agreements, order documents, statements of work, partner agreements, renewals, and amendments
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements
• coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals
• guide employees through contracting processes
• track transaction status and approvals
• maintain templates and playbooks
• use transaction data to improve workflows and controls
• escalate risks.
