Part Time Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous - Tufts) - Remote in Massachusetts. This is a remote role. Up to $66,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Thriveworks is seeking part-time independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions. The role exists to deliver quality care to participants, helping them reach their goals for improved well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide telehealth sessions.
• Complete 15+ sessions per week.
• Concurrent note-taking during sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and other documentation.
• Attend treatment team meetings.
• Participate in weekly Synchronous Health team meetings.
• Advocate for participant needs.
• Liaise with Customer Success.
• Support development of communication and outreach materials.
• Serve as first point of contact for participant escalations.
• Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care.
