What you'll do

• Gather, verify, document, and communicate functional and operational requirements
• research client management system and website production issues
• submit business requests through JIRA
• manage testing, documentation, and communications through rollout
• develop SQL reports and analyze data
• identify process improvements and risks
• conduct system, regression, sanity, and user acceptance testing
• assist with training materials
• maintain system rating, solicitation, and policy issuance.
