What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation or business law matters from inception through resolution
• represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft and review legal documents
• advise business clients on legal issues and risk management
• communicate case developments and strategy to clients
