Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review and enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks
• enter bills, expenses, and payments
• match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• verify amounts, quantities, pricing, and taxes
• code invoices to jobs, projects, departments, or expense accounts
• process vendor payments
• maintain records
• communicate with vendors
• reconcile statements and research discrepancies
• assist with month-end procedures
• back up the Project Coordinator on permits, utility locates, and project documentation
• train to assist with accounts receivable when necessary.
