Cybersecurity Specialist — RSA Archer Operations Support

What you'll do

• Administer and support the RSA Archer GRC platform
• monitor production jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds
• manage user access, roles, and permissions using RBAC
• make configuration updates under change management processes
• handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
• support releases, patches, upgrades, and post-deployment validation
• develop and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, and metrics
• perform data quality checks and reconciliation
• maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
• collaborate with stakeholders and vendor support
• participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
