What you'll do

• Lead infrastructure installations, upgrades, and support across servers, storage, firewalls, email, telecommunications, backups, data centers, mobile devices, and business continuity/disaster recovery. Evaluate and support technologies
• administer on-premises, hosted, and cloud environments
• collaborate on operational issues and incidents
• implement monitoring and reporting
• test changes
• maintain procedures and documentation
• establish infrastructure standards, governance, metrics, and security practices
• provide technical leadership and support projects.
