• Oversee center operations, revenue and cost objectives, hiring, training, and team motivation. Analyze profit and loss, manage department managers and cash-handling procedures, improve guest service, and implement revenue initiatives such as league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotions. Lead a salaried management team of 8–10 and oversee 120–150 hourly team members
• work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
