What you'll do
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- implement behavior plans and coping strategies
- facilitate social, communication, and life-skills activities
- recognize distress and de-escalate crises
- document progress and daily activities
- assist with transportation
- collaborate with therapists, nurses, and families
- engage and support staff during crises
- direct staff, supervise daily operations, and delegate tasks
- participate in ongoing training.
