The Senior Forklift Technician / Field Service Mechanic role is a full-time field service position based in Madison, AL, supporting customers throughout an assigned service territory. The technician independently diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and supports forklifts and other material handling equipment, helping customers maintain safe and efficient operations. The role may also include supporting and mentoring less experienced technicians.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts, material handling equipment, and industrial equipment
• troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine, and powertrain systems
• perform preventive maintenance inspections and safety evaluations
• document service activity, labor, repair details, and recommendations
• communicate equipment condition and repair solutions to customers
• manage service calls within the assigned territory
• follow safety and documentation standards
• support and mentor junior technicians when needed.
