What you'll do

• Own accounts receivable and denials
• establish collection and denial metrics and reporting
• manage EHR, clearinghouse, and billing platform relationships and configuration
• improve eligibility verification, patient responsibility, and estimates
• identify and implement automation and AI with appropriate controls
• partner with Finance on close, accruals, reserves, and forecasting
• maintain billing compliance and confidentiality practices.
