Associate Attorney — Personal Injury (Relocation Required)

What you'll do

• Meet clients and document facts related to liability, damages, and coverage
• outline case action items
• direct investigations
• assess insurance coverage and gather evidence
• prepare cases for trial and evaluate settlement value
• negotiate with adjusters
• file suit when necessary
• prepare pleadings and discovery
• plan trial preparation, mediation, or arbitration
• review correspondence and collaborate with the team.
