Collections Support Administrator

Collections Support Administrator is an onsite, full-time role in Austin, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $43,000–$47,500 per year. What you'll do

• Monitor follow-up of accounts in repossession or charge-off phases
• verify required procedures before assigning collateral to auction
• assign vehicles for repossession and request titles
• communicate with repossession agents
• send required member notices
• track towing notifications
• assign collateral to auctions and monitor sales
• prepare sale proceeds and deficiency balance documentation
• process repossession invoices
• maintain claims and cancellation-product records
• process departmental mail and maintain regulatory knowledge.
