What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable for assigned departments
• prepare and process customer invoices and AIA billing documentation
• track retainage and outstanding receivables
• conduct collections and customer follow-up
• reconcile account discrepancies
• maintain customer and project records
• coordinate billing issues with project teams
• process AR activity through Spectrum Viewpoint
• and support month-end reporting and deadlines.
