What you'll do

• Conduct consultations and initial case investigations
• locate and interview witnesses and gather and review relevant documents
• draft and serve demand letters and prepare and file pleadings and agency charges
• draft, file, and argue motions when required
• prepare discovery demands and responses
• conduct depositions
• retain expert consultants when necessary
• represent clients at hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings
• negotiate settlements
• conduct legal research.
