The foreman leads and participates in daily utility construction operations, coordinating crews and work activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, and production requirements. The role helps keep projects moving by resolving field issues and communicating with project leadership and subcontractors.

What you'll do

• Supervise field crews and time reporting
• oversee job paperwork
• review plans and blueprints
• inspect work, equipment, and sites for safety and specification compliance
• troubleshoot operational issues
• coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
• manage crew tasks and production goals
• conduct equipment checks
• locate and mark site placements
• train and mentor crew members.
