What you'll do

• Plan and run research studies from design through readout
• conduct interviews, contextual inquiry, concept and usability validation, surveys, literature reviews, and competitive or market analysis
• recommend suitable research methods
• manage recruiting, screening, scheduling, incentives, consent, and repository hygiene
• synthesize findings into recommendations
• present findings to client stakeholders
• contribute to service blueprints and journey maps
• participate in discovery workshops
• use AI-assisted tools while maintaining analytical rigor
• pair with designers and less experienced researchers
• contribute to internal research methods.
