Job overview

The Clinical Supervisor is an onsite, full-time position based in Sterling Heights, MI, supporting clinics in Sterling Heights and Dearborn Heights, with travel to assigned sites at least once a week. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–1 p.m., and pay is $85,000 annually. Community Medical Services provides outpatient addiction treatment, including medication-assisted treatment and counseling for people seeking help with opioid use disorder. The supervisor provides oversight, training, and support to clinical staff and helps ensure compliant, coordinated outpatient care. The role contributes to the organization’s substance-use recovery mission through staff supervision, chart and treatment-plan reviews, and coordination of clinical services.

What you'll do

  • Orient, supervise, train, and support clinical staff
  • ensure compliance with regulations, CARF standards, and policies
  • review progress notes, reports, assessments, intake paperwork, and treatment plans
  • review time sheets and expense records
  • coordinate outpatient groups and services
  • participate in hiring
  • conduct chart audits
  • review treatment plans
  • travel to assigned clinics at least weekly.
