The Production Team Lead, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, in the Park 100 area. Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with mandatory overtime as needed on Saturdays. MS-IL Staffing & Packaging is hiring for a local client’s production operation. The Team Lead guides production employees and supports daily manufacturing operations to help meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role combines task assignment and employee support with hands-on equipment operation, setup, troubleshooting, and production-line work as operational needs require.

What you'll do

• Lead and support production employees by assigning and monitoring daily tasks
• operate production equipment according to training guidelines and machine procedures
• perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and 6S standards
• assist production operations to support workflow and efficiency
• maintain product quality and traceability standards
• perform flushing processes
• fill containers and monitor production lines
• rotate among lines as needed
• perform manual production tasks and other assigned projects.
