What you'll do

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, baguettes, hot food, and barista drinks
• restock food displays and shelves
• check and record food temperatures
• greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions
• follow food safety and health rules
• keep the workspace clean
• set up, clean, and maintain equipment
• complete safety training and report safety concerns.
