Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC, chillers, process chilled water, air handling units, reverse-osmosis water, and related electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• monitor alarms and environmental controls
• manage maintenance plans, inspections, and equipment records in CMMS platforms
• guide maintenance staff and oversee contractors
• support safety compliance and equipment reliability
• participate in an on-call rotation approximately every three weeks.
