Senior Center Program Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate program operations, patient enrollment, workshops, and daily activities
• manage class schedules and site coverage
• assist with outreach, referrals, and educational classes
• provide translation assistance for monolingual patients
• support partner meetings and follow-ups
• maintain patient information, records, reports, and operational documentation
• conduct assessments, site visits, and surveys
• handle donations and financial reporting
• maintain supplies
• provide administrative coverage as Staff on Duty
• follow procedures, contract specifications, and regulatory standards
• travel to local service sites as needed.
