Floater Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Flexible Availability

The Floater Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Lithonia, GA, with pay of $19 per hour and 35 guaranteed hours per week. The schedule may include days, evenings, and weekends, with availability from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and every other weekend. Right at Home East Atlanta provides home care services to clients. The floater provides personal care and support across clients and service areas as needed, including filling call-out shifts and last-minute care starts. The role requires flexibility to work assigned shifts and adapt to different client homes and needs.

What you'll do

• Provide care across clients as scheduled
• pick up call-out shifts, last-minute care starts, and added shifts
• assist with personal care and mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts
• work with bedbound clients as needed
• travel to surrounding areas when needed
• return calls within 30 minutes.
