What you'll do

• Oversee shelter operations, supervise and support Shelter Leads and frontline staff, coordinate staffing and shift handoffs, and monitor census and client flow. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, provide guidance during urgent situations, and respond onsite when needed. Support trauma-informed, de-escalation, and harm-reduction approaches
• coordinate with security and community partners
• and ensure documentation and communication are completed.
