Procurement Manager

This role leads the procurement function at RVO Health, overseeing purchasing and vendor spend across the organization. The role exists to manage the negotiation strategy and lifecycle of software and SaaS agreements, as well as contracted labor. By partnering with technology, legal, and security teams, the manager optimizes spend and ensures vendor accountability to support the company's health-technology mission.

What you'll do

• Own procurement operations for the organization, focusing on software, SaaS, AI/ML tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate software licensing models to identify savings.
• Oversee contracted labor sourcing and SOW management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels directly with suppliers.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small purchasing team.
• Set priorities and manage team workflow using JIRA.
• Serve as the primary user contact for Oracle Fusion, Navan, and Jira.
• Partner with Business Operations, Technology, Legal, and Security teams across the contract lifecycle.
