Assistant Community Manager

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in Pendergrass, GA, at a large apartment community in the Gainesville area. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The assistant supports the community’s daily operations and financial performance through leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, reporting, and accurate property records, while helping maintain a strong resident experience.

What you'll do

• Assist the Community Manager with overall community operations and performance
• manage resident collections and delinquency follow-up
• oversee renewals, offers, follow-up, and retention
• support leasing activity and occupancy goals
• respond to resident concerns
• assist with monthly reporting, financial performance, and expense management
• maintain accurate resident files, lease documents, notices, and records
• support the onsite team in the Community Manager’s absence.
