Resident District Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and inspire the account team
• build client relationships and achieve performance indicators
• weigh decisions for risk and long-term implications
• foster transparency, education, safety, and accountability
• represent Chartwells in the district and community
• support account retention, cross-selling, and rebid processes as directed
• support safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary functions
• conduct audits and maintain policy and USDA compliance
• complete reporting
• conduct performance evaluations and succession planning
• oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Why this role
