The Expressive Therapist, Behavioral Health role is onsite in Chicago, IL, on a full-time schedule. Pay is $35–$45 per hour. Humboldt Park Health is a community-based hospital serving the Humboldt Park community through patient-centered care and community programs. The therapist assesses adult and geriatric psychiatric inpatients, provides individual, group, and family therapy as needed, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role supports treatment planning and continuity of clinical care through evidence-based and specialized group interventions.

What you'll do

• Complete initial assessments and establish treatment goals
• coordinate clinical services with the multidisciplinary team
• identify therapeutic needs and the continuum of care
• provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed
• document services and attend treatment team meetings
• facilitate specialized groups using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and movement therapy.

Why this role

The posting requires a relevant master’s degree and BLS/CPR; CPI is required within 90 days of hire. A Licensed Professional Counselor credential is preferred.
