What you'll do

• Serve as a client point of contact and respond to requests
• gather pre-qualification information with Financial Officers
• prepare operating and term loan documents
• monitor closing conditions, pricing, fees, and deadlines
• complete loan verification and compliance tasks
• approve disbursements and book loans
• perfect lien positions and obtain required titles or releases
• maintain chattel tracking records and follow closing procedures.
