Sales and Leasing Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate Leasing Agents
• provide sales training and performance feedback
• support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development
• develop leasing strategies and monitor leads, tours, applications, renewals, and performance
• identify improvements and create action plans
• collaborate with Property Managers and Marketing on advertising, pricing, and priorities
• analyze reports and KPIs
• coordinate leasing events and open houses
• and support leasing during peak periods.
