Job overview

The Contract and Compliance Administrator role is an onsite, full-time position in Scarborough, ME, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a one-hour lunch break. The annual salary range is $75,000–$85,000. New England Life Care is a nonprofit home infusion therapy provider serving hospital systems across New England. This independent individual-contributor role manages contract lifecycle work and organizational compliance to help mitigate risk and support effective operations. It partners across departments to interpret requirements, maintain controls and documentation, support audits, and improve contracting and compliance workflows.

What you'll do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and manage intake through execution, tracking, and renewal
  • maintain the contract repository and audit-ready records
  • interpret regulations and monitor changes
  • develop and maintain compliance policies and controls
  • conduct internal audits and risk assessments
  • support external audits and regulatory reviews
  • identify risks and mitigation strategies
  • advise and train stakeholders
  • optimize contract lifecycle management systems and compliance tools
  • track status and metrics.
