It contributes to the AFRL SSHINE contract through design documentation, testing, demonstrations, and full life-cycle technology implementation; travel to government agencies and contractor locations is part of the described work.

What you'll do

• Perform analyses and evaluations through experimental testing, modeling and simulation, and engineering analysis
• support space technology and flight experiment requirements, design, and interface documentation
• support trade studies, demonstrations, and analyses as directed
• support design and fabrication of ground-based proofs of concept and experiments
• travel to government agencies and contractor locations for reviews and meetings
• draft and review design documentation and participate in reviews
• conduct reliability and performance assessments
• support hardware, software, and firmware development, laboratory research, validation testing, and re-engineering.
