What you'll do

• Lead testing execution for complex workstreams.
• Collaborate with RRQA Directors to define assessment scope.
• Ensure documentation meets FCO Standards.
• Oversee follow-up testing for remediation validation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coach Associates on testing techniques.
• Contribute to RRQA methodology development.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field

Experience

7+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, audit or internal control assessment
