The position contributes to a positive experience for students, families, and coworkers while supporting the swim school’s operations. Team members cross-train in multiple roles, including swim instruction and lifeguarding, and may work in front desk support, instruction, lifeguarding, or deck supervision.

What you'll do

• Provide a positive experience to students, families, and team members
• cross-train in multiple roles and provide coverage when needed
• cross-train as a swim instructor and lifeguard
• perform responsibilities associated with assigned opportunities such as front desk support, swim instruction, lifeguarding, or deck supervision.
